The store

PROJECT CARD SHOP sells trading cards. Most listings are individual, single-copy cards — the photos on each listing show the exact card you'll receive, including its condition. Once a card sells, it's gone; adding a card to your cart doesn't reserve it until checkout completes.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on our business location and your shipping address. Payment is collected when you place your order. We may cancel and refund any order we can't fulfill — for example, if a listing error priced a card incorrectly or the card sold through another channel first.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. You can edit your shipping address from your order page until the order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking by email; risk of loss passes to the carrier's insurance terms on delivery.

Refunds and returns

• You can request a refund from your order page. Each request is reviewed individually.
• Approved refunds may be full or partial (for example, a partial refund for a condition issue), and always include the proportional sales tax on the refunded amount. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• For some requests we'll ask you to ship the card back first; the refund is issued after we receive and verify it. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we sent the wrong item.

Reviews

Reviews are limited to verified purchasers and are moderated before publication. By submitting a review you grant us the right to display it (with your name) on the product page. We may decline or remove reviews that contain abuse, spam, or content unrelated to the product.

Points and referrals

• Loyalty points have no cash value, can't be transferred, and can only be redeemed for discounts on this store.
• Referral bonuses are awarded when the referred customer's first order is successfully paid. If that order is refunded, the bonus is reversed for both parties.
• Referral rewards are capped per rolling 30-day period. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or other manipulation of the points programs may result in forfeiture of points and account closure.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, abuse of store programs, or misuse of the site.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. If something goes wrong, contact us first — we'd rather fix it than litigate it.
