What we collect

When you use PROJECT CARD SHOP, we collect only what's needed to run the store:

• Account information — your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account.
• Order information — shipping address, items purchased, and order history. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
• Content you submit — product reviews, refund requests, return tracking numbers, wishlist selections, and back-in-stock notification signups.
• Cookies — a session cookie to keep you signed in, a cart cookie, and (if you arrive through a referral link) a referral code cookie that lives for 30 days. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• Fulfilling and shipping your orders, and processing refunds.
• Sending transactional email: order confirmations, shipping notifications with tracking, refund updates, back-in-stock alerts you asked for, and reminders about items left in your cart.
• Displaying your first and last name alongside product reviews you choose to publish.
• Running the loyalty points and referral programs you participate in.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Who we share it with

• Payment processing — your payment is handled by our payment provider; we see the outcome, not your card number.
• Email delivery — transactional emails are sent through Resend.
• Shipping carriers — your name and address go to the carrier that delivers your order.

Retention and your choices

We keep order records as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can edit your profile and addresses from your account page at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, or a copy of the data we hold about you, email us at the address below and we'll respond within 30 days.
